MLK Day

We didn't have any school on Monday! Which was a much needed break even though we have only been back in school for two weeks, it feels like we didn't even skip a beat. So we went to some hot springs in Meadow, Utah, which is just a few minutes south of Utah's first capital, Fillmore. We went with Ty, Dan, and Xav (Charlie's old roommates) and they all took dates. The hot springs we went to are a natural hot springs that are out in literally the middle of nowhere. They are on a guy's private property but he has them all fenced off and allows anyone to come and use them which is awesome. To me it looked like something you would see in Yellowstone with a sign by it saying "Please stay on the boardwalk." But it was actually so nice to sit in! It was even cold outside but in the hot springs was just right.

It had a rope strung across that you could sit on

There were just a couple other people there and Charlie borrowed some goggles from them so that he could swim down into the main hole of the hot springs which goes about 25 feet down. He said that underneath it was like a big cavern that you can swim around in. Super cool! So we just sat and soaked for a while and then went over to the other pool where we just put our feet in and little fish would come nibble on your toes! Free pedicure ;) After all that we went and got some lunch at Costa Vida and drove back.
This picture shows how in the middle of no where this place was! Cute hubby of mine though :)

Also this weekend Charlie's parents got most of their furniture moved into their new house in Provo! Yay! No they are just waiting to see if the Salt Lake house will sell. We are all praying that it does soon.
Well that's all for now!
